Privacy Policy — JARVIS, the publishing tool of Raid Caraïbes SSV

What is JARVIS?

JARVIS is a private tool. Only the Raid Caraïbes SSV team uses it, to publish its own photos and videos on its Instagram account @raidcaraibesssv, its Facebook Page and its YouTube channel, and to follow the reactions to these posts. It is not offered to the public.

YouTube

JARVIS uses the YouTube API Services. The channel owner grants access through Google. JARVIS can then:

• upload to the channel the Raid Caraïbes SSV videos approved by the team, with their title, description and tags;
• read the channel name and the status of the videos it uploaded (for example "public" or "private").

JARVIS does not read or keep any data about YouTube viewers, subscribers or commenters.

By using JARVIS with YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Instagram and Facebook

On the Instagram account @raidcaraibesssv, JARVIS:

• publishes the Raid Caraïbes SSV photos and videos;
• reads the statistics of the account's own posts (views, reach, shares, saves, watch time) and the follower count;
• reads the comments left under the account's posts and the private messages sent to the account, to help the team answer customer requests. No reply is ever sent unless a team member has approved it.

On the Facebook Page, JARVIS only publishes the Raid Caraïbes SSV photos and videos.

Data kept and retention

• Access authorizations (tokens) are stored on a private server that only the team can access, and are never displayed again.
• Private messages received on Instagram are deleted automatically after 90 days, and comments after 180 days.
• Statistics only cover the account's own posts.

No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties, or used for advertising. JARVIS sets no cookies for visitors of this website. For the website itself, see our Privacy and cookies page.

Revoking access and deleting data

• Google and YouTube: remove "JARVIS" at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Facebook: Settings → Business integrations → JARVIS → Remove
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → JARVIS → Remove

Anyone, including someone who wrote to the account, can ask for their data to be deleted at contact@raidcaraibesssv.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.
