Booking
A booking is confirmed only after availability has been validated and the deposit payment received. RAID CARAIBES SSV may refuse a request if safety, availability or feasibility conditions are not met.
Payment
50% is due on booking. The remaining 50% is due 10 days before arrival. For approved cash payments, the balance may be paid on site in cash. Accepted methods: card, bank transfer, Western Union cash deposit and on-site cash for an approved balance.
Cancellation
The 50% deposit is never refundable. Any cancellation or modification must be sent in writing to RAID CARAIBES SSV.
Deposit and material damage
A 4,000 USD deposit is required before departure. It is returned at the end of the raid if no damage, breakage or amount due is identified. Any damage attributable to the pilot is at their expense and may be withheld from the deposit.
Breakage, failure or immobilization
In case of breakage or mechanical issue, technical assistance will do what is necessary to help the pilot continue in the best possible conditions. If this is not possible, waiting, returning to camp or organizing repair may be required depending on feasibility. No refund, deduction or compensation may be requested due to breakage, failure or immobilization related to the raid.
Insurance and liability
Insurance is included. Each participant is nevertheless advised to hold additional personal liability and/or travel insurance covering motorized activities and serious accidents.
Driving conditions
The driver must be at least 18, hold a valid car driving licence and pass the ability test on arrival. RAID CARAIBES SSV may refuse driving to a participant if their level or behavior is not suitable.
Lodging and itineraries
Lodging, itineraries and stages may vary depending on period, availability, weather, terrain, group size and logistical feasibility. Lodging visuals are representative and non-contractual.
