Privacy, data and cookies
In short: the information you send with a request is used to reply to you and to prepare your trip. Visits are counted without cookies. Google Analytics is only loaded if you accept it, and you can ask at any time for access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@raidcaraibesssv.com.
Who handles your data?

Data from request forms
The information you send through a form is used to answer your request, prepare a proposal and handle commercial follow-up. It may include:
- your name, your phone or WhatsApp number and your email;
- the tour, the date or period you are interested in, the number of drivers and passengers, your driving experience, your options and your message;
- the language and the page of the website you are writing from and, if you arrived through a campaign link or another website, where your visit came from (utm, gclid or fbclid parameters, name of the referring website).
Your request is saved in the website's management area, which only the team can access. It is also read by JARVIS, the team's private tool, which alerts RAID CARAIBES SSV to a new request so we can reply faster; an email alert may also be sent to the team. If you tick the box provided, your email is also used to let you know about new dates; you can unsubscribe at any time.
To limit abuse, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept for one hour at most. The form sets no cookies.
Cookie-free visit statistics
The website counts its visits without cookies and without personal data. To recognize the same visitor within a day, it computes a fingerprint from a random code of the day, the IP address and the browser. This code changes every night and is deleted along with the previous day's fingerprints, so it is impossible to recover an IP address or to follow someone from one day to the next. Only totals per day and per page are kept, for 400 days. Clicks to WhatsApp are simply counted, per day and per page, with no personal data.
Cookies and Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and requests. Nothing is loaded or stored until you click "Accept" in the banner: by default, all measurement is refused (Google Consent Mode). The page address sent to Google only keeps campaign parameters (utm and gclid), never a request reference.
If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and any existing "_ga" cookies are deleted. Your choice is kept in your browser for six months; you can change it at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page. Data measured by Google Analytics is processed under Google's privacy policy.
Storage in your browser
- Your cookie choice is saved in your browser (local storage), so you are not asked again on every page.
- Where your visit came from (campaign parameters, referring website) is kept for the visit only, in the browser's session storage, then copied into the form if you send a request. It disappears when you close the tab.
The WhatsApp buttons open a conversation with RAID CARAIBES SSV in the WhatsApp app. Messages exchanged there are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
